Josh responds quickly to messages and phone calls. He has also done a great job at keeping me informed throughout the repair/maintenance work he has done at my 2 Bulk Barn locations. The work is done right the first time and he answers any questions you may have. I would highly recommend Josh for any commercial HVAC needs you may have.

After several other technicians failed to fix out AC issue Josh at Northbound Mechanical had no problem diagnosing and fixing our HVAC. Basically, if Josh cannot fix it, no one can. His technical knowledge is amazing and his service commitment is no different.

When we woke up cold at 3 am and the house was at 10°C. I called NORTHBOUND MECHANICAL and they answered and were here within an hour! He cleaned my flame sensor and got us heat again! He even vacuumed out our furnace at 4:00 am! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Josh at NorthBound Mechanical capped an unused gas line to a gas dryer that the previous owners had. He made it safe. Without a doubt, Josh is a very nice person to deal with.
